Position Available:

Job Title: Shipping Business Specialist/Manager
Location: Qingdao

Responsibilities:

· Handle the operation and follow-up of maritime shipping business.

· Coordinate communication between shipping companies, cargo owners, agents, and other parties.

· Manage various issues during the transportation process to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.

· Address customer requirements and provide customized maritime shipping solutions.

· Participate in customs declaration, inspection, warehousing, and other aspects of international logistics.

· Adjust pricing strategies based on market trends to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Associate degree or above, preferably in logistics or related fields.

· At least 1 year of experience in maritime operations or the logistics industry.

· Familiar with international shipping, customs declaration, inspection processes, etc.

· Strong communication skills and team spirit.

· Fluency in English or Japanese preferred, with the ability to handle foreign trade orders independently.

· Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities.

· Attention to detail, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
